Who we are

Simply Pizza Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed via this website and our ordering channels. We are a UK private limited company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15548429.

What we collect

We collect only what's needed to take and deliver your order:

• Your name (so we know who the pizza is for)
• Your phone number (so we can reach you about the order)
• Your delivery address (so we can deliver the pizza)
• Your order details
• For party catering enquiries: any additional information you choose to share by phone, WhatsApp or email

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Phone and WhatsApp orders are paid cash on delivery or by direct bank transfer. Uber Eats handles its own payments under its own privacy policy.

Lawful basis

We process your data under:

• Contract: taking and fulfilling your order is the performance of a contract with you
• Legitimate interests: keeping basic order records to handle complaints or repeat orders
• Legal obligation: accounting and tax records
• Consent: for optional cookies via the cookie banner

How long we keep your data

Order records are kept for up to 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Phone and message logs are kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle order-related correspondence, normally no longer than 90 days. We delete or anonymise data once it's no longer needed.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share only with:

• Our delivery driver (just the address and your phone number, for the duration of the delivery)
• HMRC and our accountants (legal obligation)
• Uber Eats, if you order through their platform (governed by their own privacy policy)
• Hosting and analytics providers used by this website (see Cookies below)

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies. By default no analytics or marketing cookies run until you click "Accept all" on our cookie banner. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we remember it. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies (none currently) would be exempt from consent. Any analytics or marketing cookies require your opt-in.
